⭐ Our Verdict

Best for Instant Pot owners with limited counter space. If you already own an Instant Pot, spend $60 for the lid instead of $90 for a separate air fryer.

✅ Pros

  • $60 vs $90 for standalone air fryer
  • Saves counter space (one appliance)
  • Fits all 6Qt Instant Pot models
  • 6 cooking functions (air fry, broil, bake, etc)
  • EvenCrisp technology works well

⚠️ Cons

  • Smaller capacity than standalone air fryers
  • Lid is bulky to store when not in use
  • Cannot use Instant Pot + air fryer simultaneously
  • Heating element harder to clean than basket-style

The Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid turned my 6Qt Instant Pot into a legit air fryer. Chicken wings get crispy in 20 minutes. Fries come out golden. It is not quite as good as the COSORI dedicated air fryer, but at $60 it is $30 cheaper.

Lid vs Standalone Air Fryer

Lid: $60, small capacity, saves counter space. Standalone: $90, larger capacity, better air circulation, dedicated appliance. If you air fry 3+ times/week, get standalone. If occasional, lid is fine.
