BargainTop10 publishes plain-English buying guides for everyday products, from kitchen appliances to home-office gear. Guides are written by the BargainTop10 editorial team.

How we research

We have not hands-on tested the products we write about. Each guide is built this way:

• Start from the decision. We work out which specs actually change the experience and explain those first.
• Use published specs. Numbers come from the manufacturer where possible, otherwise from major retailer listings. When sources disagree, we say so.
• Cite independent testing. Where labs or specialist reviewers have measured something, we name them.
• List sources on every page, with the date we last checked.
• Leave out what we can't verify. No prices, star ratings or test results we can't source.

Found an error or an outdated spec? Email us and we'll check it and correct it.
